breakspirit
I find that, no matter what bittorrent client I use, my download speed seldom, if ever, gets above about 30kb/s. During normal file downloads, though, it often reaches around 200ish. Anyway, I'm thinking the torrent files I use may not be real great or something, so does anyone have a torrent file that they factually know gets really quick download speeds so I can test this theory?I'm not looking for illegal software, so any kind of legal torrent link will be fine. Thanks in advance.

r00ted
yea, any linux distro that distributes via torrents is your best bet, since we cannt condone the other activities here. Also try revision3.comtwit.tvdiggnation.comsystm.comgood "podcasts" or whatever you want to call them. breakspirit
good deal. it does seem to be the case that i'm unable to get above about 30kb/sec in any torrents....might my ISP be limiting me, or is there something else i should check? Firon
Try changing it to a high port number (above 30000) and see if there's any difference. Your ISP might only be doing port-based limiting, if you're lucky.
