utorrentpartfiles not automatically deleting

Ever since updating to Windows 8 Pro 64bit, part files aren't deleting themselves when I remove the torrent listing in uTorrent. I've tried running it as an admin, but that doesn't seem to do anything.

I've tried searching for this problem in the forums and online, but have not found anything useful, so it may be a setting on my end that is preventing this from happening.
