QueenOfStars
Device detection is messing my tablet's connection with its management software. It's completely useless to me, how do I turn it off for good?

QueenOfStars
Thanks for the help, but your answer is wrong. I want the software to stop detecting the device, not just hide it from my eyes. I have already tried what you suggested, the detection is still happening.Anyone who knows how to really disable detection?
Beasly
Maybe this...options>preferences>paired devices>forget paired device.options>preferences>advanced>webui.allow_pairing= "false"
QueenOfStars
Thank you but that doesn't work either. First option is for paired devices (mine is only detected, doesn't show up in list), second has something to do with the Web UI which I don't use anyway. Is there a developer around to tell us if we can actually disable device detection is any version of the software? I need to know if I'm wasting my time trying to make it work or just revert to an older version without all those bells and whistles. I don't need my download app to act as a device manager.
