Can`t seed my torrents, need your help

Hi all,

I have a problem, one of my torrent sites says i`m not connectable and my torrents are not seeding. (Dowloading works fine)

I guess i need to open up a port in my firewall/router but i have no idea how to do this and really need your help.

My computer is a PC running Windows 7 with a wired internet connection.

I also have a Router (D-link DIR-635) that is connected to the PC.

My firewall is Eset Smart Security 5.

Can anyone help me explain how to open the port so that i can start seeding my torrents.
