Adding/Resuming Torrents not using Torrent Name

I'm Having an issue,

With past versions of uTorrent we use to be able to specify a custom location regardless of the torrent name but now it creates a folder in that location which follows the torrent name.

Old Behavior:

Torrent Name: Test 1

Default location: C:\Downloads\

No changes would download to: c:\Downloads\Test 1\

UI would show in Destination folder: c:\Downloads\Test 1\

We could change "Test 1"

Change Destination folder to show: c:\Downloads\My test 1\

Would download to: c:\Downloads\My test 1\

New versions:

Default location: C:\Downloads\

No changes would download to: c:\Downloads\Test 1\

UI would show in Destination folder: c:\Downloads\

We could change "Test 1"

Change Destination folder to show: c:\Downloads\My test 1\

Would download to: c:\Downloads\My Test 1\Test 1\

is there a way to get back the old behavior that it would add the Torrent name to the end of the last destination, but if you change it it would follow that? I have a torrent that gets updated on a monthly basis and I would like to be able to direct it back into the folder to just download the new stuff, but this is making it difficult with the way the settings are now.
