The problem is that I can only cap at 1 mbp/s download and 100 kbp/s upload. I have fiber internet and I was wondering why it is quite slow. I checked my preferences and it is the default.http://www.speedtest.net/result/2618341064.png (New York)http://www.speedtest.net/result/2618339618.png (Los Angeles) Extra: I normally torrent games/anime and it normally have alot of seeders (nyaa.eu) .
