"run program" is not stable

I'm using 'run program when finished' functionality to run my batch-script.

however, it doesn't be called sometime (sometime it works, and sometime it doesn't).

I tested on 3 or more computers, and for many 3.x (may be including 2.x) or higher versions.

I also tested ''run program when it changed", and it has same problem that sometime doesn't run for status==fin. or other status similar to fin.

I waited about half year. plz fix this.
