trying to download from eztv.it through bittorrent from China

Hi,

Don't know whether its possible to download torrents from mirror sites from China though Bittorrent. I have a secure server outside of China that gives me access to pretty much everything (including eztv.it) but when it gets to the Bittorrent application for uploading, nothing is happening except for "downloading metadata". Are there some other settings I should be resetting?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
