The propose of this forum is helping.It is a direct answer to the question asked, and of course is provided presuming that you have already read the section in the user manual for this error message, checked and discounted that cause.ALSO:You have read some of the other SEVERAL threads for this particular error and tried the solutions.AND THIRDLY the forum exists for uTorrent problems NOT to teach and every uTorrent users how to use Microsoft Windows! Since you noticed I am (as well as others) obviously having this issue, you would think that someone (such as yourself I suppose) would have the brain capacity to realize we would need a solution.
