ISP gave my ROUTER a static IP?!?! Should it be COMPUTER w static IP??

Which is SUPPOSED to have the static IP address...the router or the computer?

I can currently D/L fine and fast (with lots of peers seeding DURING THE D/L), bu once the d/l has finished, no peers remain connected for more than a few sec, without ever receiving anything from me.

Log shows MASSIVE peer disconnect errors and ??? that I dont understand or know how to fix.

PLEASE HELP ME...I've been trying DAMN F&^KING HARD FOR MONTHS to get all this to work right. I know my ISP throttles and traffic shapes too, but isn't there a way around that too?

PS I'm running uTorrent on a MAC too. Someone please help.
