Associate with Torrent Files doesn't work!

The Option Associate with Torrent files doesn't seem to work. I clicked on it in the options but it keeps getting disabled. Torrents are normally associated though. But if Check association at start-up is checked then each time the dialog box pops up asking whether I want to make uTorrent my default Torrent application.

OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
