a switch in the preferences to prefer "peers" against "seeds" in the leeching mode.

example:

at this moment a torrent with 300 seeds and 300 peers:

i connect 50+ seeds and 10- peers.

i want to reverse this peer/seed ratio for a better download/upload ratio.

can it do?

The short answer is no. There's no point in preferencing either.
