Can't Surf While Using uTorrent

Hi all

When I using uTorrent I can't access any web page with my browser (Google Chrome)

I have looked at the uTorrent settings but not sure what settings to adjust.

I'm lucky enough to have a descent internet speed of 17Mb/s.

Here are my bandwidth settings:

Maximum upload rate (kB/s):.....10

Alternate upload rate when not downloading......0
