plod2 Posted April 14, 2013 Report Share Posted April 14, 2013 When doing the setup guide I have tried all the different bandwidth locations (I'm in the UK) and every time I get either Protocol error in download test or 10053 error, when I try to download something the speed is 0.5 kb/s. I have also tried this on a different computer with the same internet and had the same results. I'm using sky internet also.Would appreciate any help.
