re peer tab settings

Just a couple of questions about the headers in peer tab I have seen mention of wait header, I can not seem to find this is it available in 1.5? Also under the flags I seem to be getting a lot of snubs( 16 "S" from 40 peers connected) I upload at 22kbs as recommended ,I was wondering if this is normal as I am not used to this function and I must say thanks to the µtorrent team as this is the only p2p that works at a good speed without chewing too much of my cpu I have tried most bit comet was as fast but would max out cpu if I was using media player ect.. keep up the good work""
