Not connectable error

I got the yellow alert symbol "Not connectable. A firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to open up a port so others can connect to you." I run Guide test and it said that port is opened but when i check with Open port check tool, the error is still there. I cannot download anything. Plz help me!!!

The listen port does not stop downloads, only uploads.

I got the result there but I really don't understand and do not know how to fix it T_T
