jeesh Posted May 12, 2013 Report Share Posted May 12, 2013 I haven't been able to download any torrents and tried various things (windows firewall, connection setup, uninstall antivirus, etc) to rectify the situation to no avail until I tried using my phone as a hotspot and then my download began so somehow my ISP has blocked my mobile broadband connection from downloading torrents.
