I know there have been previous posts on this matter but non was able to help me so please refrain from comments pointing this out (as has been on the "other posts") and rather try to help me. I am new to the whole torrent thing so please bear with me.

The situation: there is no error message, but the download remains at "Connecting to peers" under status.

I am using uTorrent 3.3 (build: 29677), windows 7 and my antivirus is Bitdefender Total security 2013.

I have disabled it (antivirus) and my firewall to make sure that it is not the problem and UT has been set as an exception for firewall.

Peer exchange, Local Peer Discovery and DHT are all enabled. At Preferences, Connections:UPnP & NAT-PMP Port mapping are enabled and uTorrent is added as an firewall exception.

I did try to reinstall uTorrent, still give me the same problem.

To make sure that it is not the torrent itself that is faulty, I tried to download a torrent that I have downloaded before (has a 30000 seed according to TPB (game of thrones episode)) it still gives me the same problem.

Did uninstall, reinstall utorrent, restarted PC and internet modem (turn off turn on :P lol), disabled firewall and antivirus, changed no setting in utorrent or computer nor installed any new programs.

Anything ells??

PLEASE HELP!!!
