Physical Memory

I have 4GB RAM, but after a few hours of my computer being on the physical memory goes up to around 95%.

Looking at task manager I couldn't see what was causing it, but I remembered my computer running slowly yesterday because my avast firewall was making uTorrent use 60+ CPU, but I had disabled the firewall yesterday which fixed the problem, so now what could it be?

These are the results after ending the uTorrent process...

Not sure if Avast is still causing the problem even though it's disabled.

Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks for reading.
