Jerseyguy57 Posted June 1, 2013 Report Share Posted June 1, 2013 Recently I have been having a problem downloading using Internet Explorer 9. This is new and I have never had a problem before.When I hit the torrent to be downloaded it asks to open, save as or cancel. I hit open and it gives me the message, torrent couldn't be downloaded. When I hit view downloads, there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation point next to it. When you hover over it it reads, Smartscreen filter couldn't check this file. I've tried shutting off Smartscreen but it still doesn't work. I can download with no problems using Google Chrome and firefox.
