utorrent 3.4 Alpha (build 29765) - unable to load : unknown error msgs

I am repeatedly getting the following 2 error messages:

- Unable to load "297650-utorrent.f818.dmp":unknown error!

- Unable to load "RECOVER": unknown error!

It is annoying as hell. How do I get rid of the messages?

ok, so you're trying to load files that aren't torrents?

Where are you getting these errors?

I have no idea. What exactly do I have to do or look for to answer your question?

.dmp files are NOT metadata files for torrents

How and when do the errors appear is the question.

Are they:

"popup" dialogues?

On the logger tab of uTorrent?

In the main window?

Or .....

And what are you doing or attempting to do when it happens?

Thirdly what do you have set for the "Automatically load .torrents from" in Preferences -> Directories.

They are pop-up dialogues.

They just pop-up when run utorrent. Repeatedly, every few minutes in pairs.

And I do not have the "Automatically load .torrents from" set in Preferences -> Directories.

Check the file associations for .dmp files to make sure they are not set to open uTorrent.

Delete any .dmp files that are in %appdata%/uTorrent.
