Is Minimizing Window Degrading Your DL Speed? It Is Mine Sometimes..

The title says it all.

I read a couple of other threads similar to this that didn't provide any real effective advice.

But thought I'd put it up here again myself... cuz ya never know who might see it...

Connection Type is: HIGH SPEED CABLE - up to 30mbps (peak) - avg speeds vary but still fast.

System OS is: Windows XP

RAM is: 2 GB

PC Model is: DELL Optiplex 820 (well maintained / air-conditioned clean environment)

That is enough to see that I don't think I have a connection or hardware problem as cause..

Any feedback welcome. BTW, I notice this degradation is compounded further during attempts

of multiple simultaneous downloads.

The GUI has nothing to do with downloading or uploading, it just an management interface.
