µtorrent-Guest
stop force rechecking!Everytime you start this, you loose all the unfinished pieces that are curretnly downloading.See the pieces tab.if there are, lets say, 20 pieces open a 4MB each and you force a recheck these 80 MB are lost. And having downloaded more than the file is, is "normal" (hashfails, double recieved and discarded data and the force rechecks)

Ultima
Defragmenting doesn't tell you about bad sectors, chkdsk does, or HDTune. Playing games all the time doesn't necessarily guarantee that your RAM isn't defective -- run a scan on that too. Ew @ NIS. Uninstall it and get a better antivirus, like Kaspersky. Ultima
Either you create a bootable disc and run that, or install it on the drive (lol at least that's what I see from the screenshot).
kid41212003
It's won't boots, so I can't ran the programs, any others HDD check?
Firon
It should boot if you do it properly. Make sure you didn't just copy the file onto the disk, RUN it first and follow the instructions. If you choose the ISO method, burn it as an image with your CD burner app, not as a file.
