Skinning and Customizing uTorrent

I'm encountering a problem when entering the Skins section of uTorrent. The Skins Browser page loads just fine, but shows no available skins for any category - i.e., Toolbars, Status Icons, Tab Icons, or Program Icons. Possibly a plug-in issue ?
