"Unable to load, not enough space"

When I try to open the file, message pops up saying "Unable to load "HOI3.rar": Not enough storage is available to process this command. !" After seeing this message, I went to go check my memory space left on my computer. It says over 400 gb. Surely that is enough to run the program that only took up 1.5 gb.

What do I do? ;(

Don't try to use uTorrent to open archive files!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So not a bug, but a PEBCAK issue.
