mike WEBB Posted July 5, 2013 Report Share Posted July 5, 2013 I don't really consider this a speed issue which is why I posted this here and I don't know how frequent this is as I don't often monitor the speeds of my torrents. But sometimes when I do, I notice in the speed chart the download line may dip and rise repeatedly in a very steady frequency.
