joshace
I am running both Utorrent and Bittorrent because of some issues with lockups. Anyway, I have been looking at how the settings are different in these two programs and found the following:First of all, Bittorrent has an advanced setting of GUI.AUTO.RESTART - TRUEThat setting doesn't exist in Utorrrent. In Utorrent, there are these 3 settings:DISTRIBUTED_SHARE.ENABLE - TRUEGUI.ENABLE_COMMENTS - *FALSEGUI.ENABLE_RATINGS - *FALSEThese same 3 settings are also in Bittorrent, but with opposite values:DISTRIBUTED_SHARE.ENABLE - FALSEGUI.ENABLE_COMMENTS - TRUEGUI.ENABLE_RATINGS - TRUEThere is also a difference in the WEBUI.SSDB_UUID, but I don't think that LONG set of numbers affects the performance of the programs. The most interesting setting to me is this "DISTRIBUTED_SHARE.ENABLE" Does anybody know what this setting is for? I will test it out myself later today.
