shailparmar Posted July 13, 2013 Report Share Posted July 13, 2013 my ISP support high speed download from same isp peers(local peer connected from same isp).and from other isp peers it support regular download speed.but utorrent treat whole peers equaly. so is there any way to set priority of local or same isp peers.i have transfer many files with a large size from my computer to my friends computer using utorrent.the upload speed and download speed is beyond the limit of my plan.
