utorrent upload speed is slow

when i upload on file hosting sites like billionuploads , rapidshare , putlocker ... my upload speed is about

80 kBs

but when i download from utorrent.. my upload speed is 0 kBS ..

i need help thanks

Because you are not using the BitTorrent protocol to upload to those sites.
