I moved to Thailand about 3 months ago and since then I cannot connect to any peers at my apartment building or my place of work. I CAN, however, download fine when using wifi at hotels or hostels during my travels, suggesting that the problem lies locally with either my ISP or router.I have no idea how to circumvent this problem. I've read extensively and have tried adjusting firewall settings, changing ports, etc and nothing has worked. Has anyone faced a similar situation?
