Configuration Problem

I'm experiencing problems with my Bandwidth which is defaulted to Sydney, Australia (I live in Melbourne) but when I run the test, I receive a RED cross in the top right hand corner.

I've run a test against every Upload speed to no avail.

Thankfully, I received a nice Yellow tick against my Network, one out of two is great

Please Help thanks!!
