How to specify uTorrent for certain incoming ports

Hello,

I am within a rather locked down network which most ports leaving the network being closed. I do however know of a ports that are open. Does anyone know how I can specify uTorrent to use those certain ports for opening a connection leaving my computer?

I'm aware of Options | Preferences | Connections | Port used for incoming connections but it doesn't seem to effect outgoing traffic.

Then the port is open for a specific purpose and or machine, and forwarded to a network node other than yours.

I am within a rather locked down network

The network is obviously locked down for a reason.
