uTorrent requesting to install Optimizer Pro, anti-virus panicking

I did my best to make sure I downloaded uTorrent on the official page, but I still get very suspicisous behavior when trying to install uTorrent.

As you can see in the first image that I uploaded, my anti-virus is panicking because of a shady dll named ADKAppsOfferManager. I did quick research and it does seem harmful. Anyhow, I have installed uTorrent before and I have never seen such dll.

The second pic his even more unsettling. What the hell is Optmizer Pro ? What is even more weird is the fact that there only an "Upgrade", whether you accept or decline. :(

I have tried to make sure that I was downloading the utorrent.exe on the official site, to no avail.

Thanks for the help !

Read one of the SEVERAL threads that explain how to turn the in client advertising off.

Would you be so kind to link one of the several threads that explain why an "optimizer" and a shady .dll is included in the install of uTorrent ?

Optimizer Pro doesn't seem to be up to any good : http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/what-is-optimizer-pro-it-popps-when-i-restart-my/50ec043f-77f0-4776-9a9e-fb8e9cf17dd6

And neither is ADKAppsOfferManager https://www.google.ca/search?q=ADKAppsOfferManager&oq=ADKAppsOfferManager&aqs=chrome.0.69i57j69i60l2j0j69i62l2.546j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
