Now I'm in China now things just got wrong.Without forwarding any ports, i can successfully download from my college's internet. But now at home in China i cannot download anything. This used to happen to some torrent but never all torrents even when I'm in China.Basically the problem is the Incoming TCP port (mine is 15448) is always unavailable and the DHT for that torrent is always waiting to announce. I did tried to forward this port in my TP-link which was my router. And I did add.
