Basileus
Just started doing this after I put uTorrent back on after having to reinstall Windows 8. I loaded all the torrents I had, to seed. I closed my comp, reopened and every single one BUT one was "error can't open torrent" I reinstalled, Reupped the torrents to seed, seemed OK until I shut down. Reopened and - same again. I have a few hard drives, and post to a different one than "C:"Anyone got a clue as to whats going on ?
ciaobaby
Anyone got a clue as to whats going on ?You probably have the "auto load from" and "save .torrents to" locations set to one and the same location.Other than that, how about some clues as to what version AND build you are running, along with what your settings are etc. etc.
Basileus
Why should having the same destinations make any difference ?Regardless, I changed them and its made no difference. The version is the latest, Settings are just basic default. I never mess about unless necessary
DreadWingKnight
Because the autoload changes the filenames and breaks things.
ciaobaby
I changed them and its made no difference. Have you now put all the loaded job .torrent files into the appropriate directory and removed the extra extension?
