when i do the Network test (v. 2.2.1) .. - it shows "port is not open"

when i do the Network test (v. 2.2.1) .. - it shows

"port is not open" (you can still download)

or something like that ..

But i can still upload (not sure however if as good as before (with a different provider's modem / different provider's plan etc).

Anything could be done maybe to open that port etc .. so after doing that test it will tell me "port is open"?
