bsnalex Posted August 10, 2013 Report Share Posted August 10, 2013 Last week I did a restore-to-factory complete wipe of my PC. Today I went to install utorrent and downloaded the most recent stable (Windows 3.3.1.30003). After downloading it doesn't open at all. Double clicking from folder, desktop, launch bar, hitting Enter. Process does not even appear in Task Manager.Tried doing the same with the latest beta and nothing again. It's as if the computer is not even recognising the file exists.Tried running both as administrator and still doesn't open.Using Vista 32 bit SP2uTorrent worked fine on computer before the wipe.Any help is appreciated.
