Mathlover2 Posted August 12, 2013 Report Share Posted August 12, 2013 I have been able to download torrents perfectily with utorrent, but unfortunately have been completely unable to do any seeding after using the torrent client a second time. I have tried numerous things and checked for numerous potential issues (i.e, turned off Avast, set up a static IP, changed settings in the client, used encryption, etc) but nothing has worked.
