neodark
I've been using force start to control what torrents i seed and I've been doing this for several years and I noticed that at times utorrent will 'forget' and will put it back to finished status, this happens on a reboot/shutdown in about 50-50 of the time. neodark
Then it doesn't get saved correctly. Let it quit completely before shutting down. This never was an issue before, I am currently on an SSD so it should be able to save it significantly faster compared to when I had mech drives... So I reckon the shutdown speed should be slowed down ?

ciaobaby
There has always been a correct way to shut down uTorrent (or any other bItTorrent client for that matter) it's simply that v3 clients are taking a lot longer to shut down all the running processes cleanly. neodark
No, I dont think so.. I've used several other torrent clients before using uTorrent and there were no issues. But your last post clearly indicates that it is either a bug or performance issue on the application.
