Dowloading after deleting utorrent

i've been getting problems with my internet for 3 days, i took a look at my router configuration and i found this.

the second PC on the list is the one wich i have problems.( don't know why it says tcp / udp uTorrent, 1 week ago wasn't there)

I deleted utorrent 2 days ago.

And i keep getting masive active connections. My internet don't stops crashing, it only keeps up 5-10 min and crashes. i think it may be due to this problem.

If someone can tell me how to solve it, or if the forblems has nothing to see with uTorrent. It may help a lot

Close the ports you had forwarded, it take a long while (if ever) for trackers to stop reporting your IP as a peer
