Exit Button

Is it possible to add an exit button to the toolbar for easy access to close utorrent ? ( Juz like most of the clients .. )

Is that some kind of joke? Left-click on the app icon in the title bar, and ooooh look! "Close". And there's this little cross on the right... If you click it, it closes the app. Oh, and in the taskbar... right-click on the name of the app, and oh! a miracle! yet another possibility to close the app.

Of course, there's also the magical alt+F4 keys combination.

OMG :shock: if you right click the system tray icon theres an option in there called Exit

Yes, I know all these. But I request this is meant for "EASY ACCESS" .. ? So, while with uTorrent's window remains, press that button to completely exit it ? I just feel the need or maybe something's amiss without that button .

Most other Windows programs close using the same methods as uTorrent. If you had a one-click close command, you'd need to pop up a "Do you really want to close uTorrent?" text box. Otherwise, people would soon be cursing about the one-click, accidentally-trashed-all-my-data design "flaw" in uTorrent. So you're always two clicks away from closing, even with the suggested short-cut.

in the general options untick close to system tray and also untickshow confirmation dialog on exit. voila.

I understand the request, but, isnt the close button really equiv. to a toolbar button ? both would be moving your button and clicking.
