Can't change default location for .torrent files.

Hi, I can't change default location for ".torrent" files.

Every time I click on a torrent link, it works no problem, it adds a download slot and starts downloading it.

But what happens then is a problem: The corresponding torrent file pops up on my desktop, instead of going somewhere to "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp" folder.

Settings > directories > location of torrents > store .torrents in - is set to "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp".

But it still saves them to my desktop, which is in: "C:\Users\username\Desktop"

In fact I recall I switched it myself intentionally, but I can't remember where it was.

How do I change .torrent files to be saved to its default location?

Thanks for the advice. I've just updated to v 3.3.1 build 30017. Problem persists.

Anything else I can try?

Preferences -> Directories.

AND you do know that uTorrent has a user manual that explains ALL of this.

SOLVED: It had nothing to do with uTorrent program.

It was my browser set that way.

At least I've got my uTorrent updated now
