I was very frustrated and finally solved it.(and so decided to post the solution for other guys having this problem).So here is the solution: First goto ->Start->control panel->security->Windows firewall...on the left hand side... click restore defaults.. After that go back to Windows firewall start page...on the left hand side click advanced settings->Inbound Rules...you might see some gray utorrents. right click them and enable rule.Scroll down and search for "Windows Peer to Peer Collaboration Foundation" and enable all....AND YOUR DONE!!!!Please let me know if this works or not for you guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
