joma14 Posted September 2, 2013 Report Share Posted September 2, 2013 Hi guys,I used to download at high speed (600-800 kb/S for a good file) when i had windows vista on my PC; last week i switched to windows7 and i can't reach anymore that speed.I tried to open again the door on my router, but the speed didn't change; the automatic setup of uTorrent says "port not open, still able to download".I tried to see what happened if i closed the door, and the speed doesn't change, so i think that the problem is here; one thing that i noted, is that my IP address changed (from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.4): i tried both configurations, but none worked.I also checked windows firewall and it seems to be correctly set up...
