Re-Create .torrent by existing file

Hi Everyone,

I've got a question: I downloaded some avi torrent, and I have it in my folders, and a lost the .torrent.

Now how i can share them in seeding again?

Redownload the torrent but don't start it. Set location to the parent folder of where you have the avi and force a recheck, then you should be able to seed again.
