Dear all,

I'm trying to open a port for my uTorrent client,

I've tried everything I know in order to fix this issue by myself but the port is still closed.

I have the following:

Router Cisco X3000 working in L2TP mode (with an ISP modem).

Main computer is running Windows 7, 64bit, Service Pack 1.

uTorrent Version: 2.2.1 (same issue occurred in the latest Version 3)

Static IP: 192.168.1.111, Port to be open: 60443.

I get the following message saying my port is not open via the uTorrent Setup Guide:

ipconfig:

I tried to define a Static IP via the Local Network Connection as well as the Router DHCP table,

Now it's defined via the Router DHCP table with Google DNS as follows:

The Port forwarding setting in my Router:

The port setting in my uTorrent Client:

Firewall settings for the port (same settings goes for inbound & outbound, TCP & UDP):

result of netstat -ban (grouped together all 60443 or utorrent.exe results)

result of running NMAP application on my PC found the port is open:

result of checking if my port is open via

www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/

and it's open:

result of checking if my port is open via

http://www.canyouseeme.org/

and it's open:

I am quite sure I've done everything I should in order to open that port,

and yet I cannot seem to make my uTorrent agree with me.

Any opinions guys ?
