Härdöpfustock Posted September 16, 2013 Report Share Posted September 16, 2013 I am running Windows 7 (64-bit) and uTorrent 3.1.2 as well as PeerBlock. My internet connection is filtered although I'm not exactly sure what filter is it or what it filters. But used to be able to torrent by using UltraSurf. Now that doesn't work and neither does any number of random proxy IPs I have found online. I odds that none of these proxies work seems to be telling me that I need to adjust something on my end. I generally shop for my torrents on PirateBay. I hope I have provided enough information so that someone smarter than I me can assist me in this matter.Thank you for your assistance.
