port not open

I installed utorrent 3.3.1 and my S.O. is windows xp.

I set my Alice Gate VOIP 2 Plus router on port 31630 as indicated in Settings / Connection of utorrent in TCP, I type IP address detected by ipconig, I checked the Windows firewall that show the exceptions uTorrent enabled.

Despite this, the test "network" gives me a check with V yellow with asterisk and gives me results in "port is not open (you are still able to download)". In screen utorrent ,in the lower and right of the display I see the green check mark. The download speed is very low, almost 0.

I tried to set the “static IP”, without any change.

I tried port settings in "Port Mapping", to enter ALL instead of TCP, but I always get the same result: door does not open!

I tried to install uTorrent 3.3.2 with the same result.

Someone speek italian ?

29/09/2013 Updated uTorrent to 3.3.2 release. Same problem.
