Why does router IP popup in peer list?

Why does my router's IP popup in the utorrent peer list for active torrents? It happens periodically (maybe every few minutes) for a split-second, then immediately disappears. The message in the log (if I set it to Log Activity to Log Tab) is:

[2013-09-29 04:34:04] 192.168.1.1:53412(Title of Torrent): Disconnect: Peer error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Is there any reason to be concerned? Everything else seems to be working OK. I don't recall this happening with older versions of utorrent. I'm running utorrent v3.3.1.
