bkhckz
if i add a torrent it stops at connecting to peers and never starts. all trackers are connection timed out or offline.[iSP 1]but the torrents start if i use another isp[ISP 2].they continue to download after i switch from isp 2 to isp 1 because of the seed and peers from dht/peer exchange from ISP 2.Is there any way around this problem so that i can start and download from isp 1.as the other internet connection is not always available.plz help.ISP 1{no trackers work in all three modes disabled/enabled/forced. but dht and peer exchange work when started using another internet source isp2].:(:(

Because it's just the same process, only you need to get a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code) from your current provider
